Neighborhood highlights

Authentic neighborhood in the fishing village of Cros de Cagnes. Beaches at the foot of the residence, a quiet, safe, yet lively neighborhood all year round, all shops nearby, and a bi-weekly Provençal market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
In summer, there's a sailing club and a youth recreation center (ages 12-17). Local festivities (fireworks and musical entertainment on the seafront).
Immediate proximity to seaside restaurants and the fish market at the local fishing port. It's really nice to be able to do everything on foot. Close to the Cap3000 shopping center (the 5th largest shopping center in Europe, a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk along the seafront). Nice Airport (6 minutes by car) and train station (2 minutes on foot) for hassle-free visits to the Alpes-Maritimes, Ventimiglia in Italy, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, or Menton.
