Authentic district of the fishing village of Cros de Cagnes. Beaches at the foot of the residence, quiet neighborhood, safe, but lively all year round, all shops in the immediate vicinity, bi-weekly Provencal market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
In summer, Sailing Club and leisure center for Youth (12-17 years old). Local festivities (fireworks and musical entertainment on the beachfront).
Immediate proximity to beachfront restaurants and the local fishing port fish market. It's really nice to be able to do everything on foot. Close to the Cap3000 shopping center (5th largest shopping center in Europe 5 min drive or 25 min walk along the seaside). Nice Airport (6 min drive) and SNCF train station (2 min walk) to visit the Alpes-Maritimes, Ventimiglia in Italy, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco or Menton.
