EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Early Check-In:
Early check-in is subject to unit availability. If available, an early check-in fee of ₱250 per hour will apply. Payment must be settled via GCash prior to check-in.
Late Check-Out:
Late check-out requests must be informed at least 2 hours before the standard check-out time so we can check unit availability. Approval is subject to availability only.
The charge for late check-out is ₱250 per hour. Any extension beyond the approved time may no longer be accommodate.
A penalty fee of ₱500 / 30mins will apply if the unit is not vacated on time, as any delay will affect the schedule of other units and upcoming guests
Payment for any approved extension must be settled via GCash at least 2 hours before the check-out time.
