Great 2-house compound in Rail Yard district, a half mile from downtown. Single-story bungalow in front has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths; 2-story cottage in rear has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Both houses have full kitchens, laundry and lovely natural light. Peppered with a mix of new and antique furnishings, the compound makes for an enchanting private gathering place for families and friends. Two wood-burning fireplaces are operable, one in the cottage master bedroom, one in the bungalow dining room.

The space
Lots of outdoor spaces for your friends and family to gather. Two gas grills, one charcoal grill, rear and front balconies attached to bungalow and outdoor dining and seating areas in front of the cottage.

Type "311 Aztec" into your GPS. 307 Aztec is the house behind 311 Aztec but your GPS will not take you to 307 Aztec easily if you type in that address number. Both houses are on the same lot with a free private parking area between them.
