Escape to the Lake House at Azevedo Ranch, one of three propoerties on 101-acres.

With our own small lake for paddleboarding, canoeing, or fishing, it’s a rare green oasis in Southern Utah’s high desert.

Surrounded by trees, pastures, and wildlife, it’s a peaceful retreat after exploring Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Scenic Hwy 12.

Our guests love our pets, fire pit, open space, gorgeous sunsets and dark-sky stargazing.

Perfect for couples, families, and travelers seeking a magical setting.

The space
Located on Azevedo Ranch, a 101-acre hobby ranch with three guest stays:

Lake House: airbnb.com/h/azevedoranchmainhouse
Cowboy Cabin: airbnb.com/h/azevedoranchcowboycabin
Cowboy LOFT: airbnb.com/h/azevedoranchcowboyloft

Each unit is private, though other guests may be on the property.

The owner lives onsite in a converted barn and maintains the land, lake, and animals that make this ranch a unique oasis in the high desert.

Our ranch is home to small herd of Jersey Cows, 2 horses, two alpaca, chickens, 2 mini goats, and of course, wildlife like birds, deer and antelope.

It’s truly a special place to stay in Panguitch/Hatch Utah!

Guest access
Guests have access to the Lake House and surrounding outdoor areas of the ranch. Enjoy the open space, scenery, and peaceful setting.

Some areas may be reserved for private use or maintenance, and we have other guests in our properties as well.

Our three properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.

The common areas include parking, pond, firepit, and surrounding pastures and forests.

Other things to note
There is a gas grill on the back porch you are welcome to use. Other guests on the property may use it as well.

You may fish in the catch-and-release stocked lake, or in the river. We do have a small canoe for guest use (at your own risk.) Feel free to bring your paddle boards!

You may stroll the 101 acre Ranch and explore the adjacent BLM roads on foot, mountain bikes, dirt bikes or off road vehicles.

No pets. No camping. No events without prior approval. Not wheelchair accessible.

This is a hobby ranch. The entire ranch may be available for approved gatherings or retreats.

You may help (with permission) with animal feedings but please do not feed our animals and do not enter the pastures where the animals live. They are wild beasts (except the goats which are very friendly.)

Be mindful of your safety and the safety of your children around water and animals.
