The space
Villa D invites you to discover its facilities. Come and spend time with family and friends. House with 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a fan, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (with everything you need for basic cooking), JBL speakers, sound system with no time restrictions, one full bathroom inside and one outside, barbecue grill, outdoor showers, an area for preparing drinks, and an ice maker at no extra cost. We only recommend that you ask to have it turned on so that there is ice when you arrive. The property also features a private pool, pool table, and ping-pong table, parking for 3 cars, a security gate (so you will need to provide identification to request entry permits), and ample space for going for walks. We look forward to welcoming you.

Other things to note
We recommend bringing drinking water, since the water quality in all of Escuintla is not very good. We have water jugs in case you want to fill them. They sell water about 10 minutes from the house. We can only lend the jug.

If there are more than 12 people, Q150 per extra person will be charged.

You will be provided with one small roll of toilet paper inside and one outside. Please consider bringing extra rolls of toilet paper for your group.


The house rules are very flexible, but you should check them to ensure you don't violate any of them before being evicted.
