The space
The house is situated in a small highland resort called Aviemore, The area is renowned for its natural beauty, mountains, microclimate weather and energetic nightlife.

There are private parking spaces immediately next to the house and the living room faces a big playing field to the front. On a clear day you can see the peaks of the cairngorm mountains from the rear giving a good indication of weather conditions for your trip to the hills.

The house comes with towels, washing machine, TV with Ps4 in the twin room.

This property isn't managed by a commercial company and uses no automation when dealing with guests so any enquiries will be responded to promptly by either myself or my wife 🤘

Other things to note
No additional cleaning fees apply to this house upon booking. However if the cleaning staff report smoking in house then £100 will be deducted from security deposit which is linked to your payment option upon booking.

Dog friendly but owners must take responsibility if anything gets damaged.

Excessive noise will be reported by the neighbours please be considerate when in the garden at night
