🚗 Cebu IT Park has a 24/7 transportation terminal (right across Avida Towers Cebu) for buses and modern jeepneys to places like Mactan Newtown and Tops (Busay)
🛍️ Our place is a 1-minute walk to Ayala Mall Central Bloc
💧 We have free pool and playground access for all registered in-house guests
🍴 Avida Towers Cebu is also right across Sugbo Mercado food market, and has many restaurants and cafes within the vicinity
🍞 There is a convenience store (7 Eleven) located on the building’s ground floor (right across McDonalds)
📺 Log in to your own Netflix with our Smart TV
🍳 Feel free to cook your meals in our kitchenette (but please avoid cooking food with strong odors, such as dried fish and squid). Violators will have to settle a PHP 5000 penalty
🚭 NO SMOKING, NO USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, and NO PETS inside the property. Violators will have to settle a PHP 5000 penalty for each violation
🛌 Strictly a maximum of 3 people only per booking (a pull out bed is available for groups of 3 guests). Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.

You have the whole room to yourselves - a queen-sized bed with a pull-out bed, cabinets, a desk for working, a dining table, a kitchenette for preparing meals, and a private bathroom with a shower heater and bidet 😊
Other things to note
We unfortunately do not provide luggage storage before check-in and after checkout.
There is an open space pay parking area right across the building at an overnight fee of ₱120 per vehicle.
The swimming pool is free to all registered in-house guests and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except on Mondays (designated cleaning day).
On very rare occasions, the building may experience power outages. While the building is equipped with generators, it only supplies emergency power to elevators, lights, and the refrigerator outlet. Other electrical outlets will remain unavailable until the main power is restored.
