🛏 Sleeping Arrangements
1. Bedroom 1 – Air-conditioned with a queen-sized bed, access to a small balcony for fresh air, and a private en suite bathroom with a bathtub (sleeps 2)
2. Bedroom 2 – 2 bunk beds, each bed is a full double bed (sleeps a total of 8)
3. Bedroom 3 (Poolside) – 1 double bed, fan-cooled, located outside the main house (sleeps 2)
*3 extra single mattresses may be set up upon request.
All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable linens and room-darkening curtains for a restful stay.

🛁 1 En suite bathroom- Attached to the master bedroom, includes a bidet, bathtub, and water heater
🚿 1 Common bathroom– Located in the main house, with a bidet and water heater
🚿 1 Bathroom beside the pool- Outdoor access, basic setup for convenience after swimming
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property — the house, all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the private pool, kitchen, garden, and parking area.
No shared spaces, no other guests.
You’ll have the whole place to yourselves for a fully private and peaceful stay.
Other things to note
1. Pets
We hope to welcome furry family members here someday. For now, we're still preparing the space and services needed to care for both our guests and their pets properly.
2. Events & Gatherings
Small celebrations are welcome! No need to coordinate with us unless you plan to invite non-registered guests or bring in outside suppliers (e.g., caterers, decorators, photographers). Just let us know in advance so we can assist and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Also, loose glitter, confetti, paper petals, tiny beads, and similar small items are not allowed unless they are securely attached to decorations (such as banners or backdrops).
If you choose to use these as part of your décor, please ensure that they are completely cleaned up before checkout.
This helps us keep the pool, garden, and drains clean and in good condition for all guests.
3. Chemical-Free, and Smoke-Free Stay
To keep the house clean and safe for all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of harsh chemicals (including insect sprays) are strictly not allowed.
👉 A ₱5,000 deep cleaning fee will apply for any violations.
4. Self-Catering & Eco-Aware Home
As a self-catering and eco-aware space, we respect your personal preferences and want you to feel truly at home. By bringing the items you’re most comfortable with (like your own toiletries, towels, and essentials), we reduce waste together while creating a more thoughtful, personal stay. Ava’s Blue House is designed to support simple comforts and mindful living.
Likewise, we take gentle steps to care for the natural environment around us by avoiding harsh chemicals and choosing natural alternatives whenever possible. Since we’re surrounded by greenery, the occasional bug may drop by, but that’s part of the charm. A little preparation goes a long way in keeping your stay cozy and comfortable.
5. Digital-Light & Screen-Free Vibes
Our home is a peaceful, digital-light space made for slow days, meaningful conversations, and nights under the stars. To support this atmosphere, we chose not to install a TV.
For entertainment, we provide a microphone and a portable Bluetooth speaker for music or games. Prepaid Wi-Fi is also available for basic browsing and messaging, but it may not support high-level internet use like streaming or remote work.
6. Clean As You Go (CLAYGO)
Practicing CLAYGO isn’t just about tidying up. It’s a simple way to show respect for the home, the people you’re with, and the guests coming after you. Small efforts go a long way in creating a calm, comfortable space for all.
