The space
The Penticton Avalon is Fully Licensed two story guesthouse compliant with upcoming BC Provincial regulations for short-term rentals. On the first floor you'll enjoy a full kitchen a comfortable living space with 4 tub chairs, a powder room, and washer-dryer. On the second floor you'll find the bedroom with a king size bed. An open living area that can be easily converted to a second sleeping space with a Queen size Murphy Bed Our beds feature "Endy" mattresses. A full bath with a unique walk-in shower completes the second floor. Our unique building design provides light and airy spaces throughout. Outdoors you will find a private fenced courtyard to enjoy a barbeque or just sit back and relax after a day out. Free guest parking and a level 2 EV charger are included for your convenience.

Guest access
The Penticton Avalon provides free onsite parking with a level 2 EV charger. Additional parking passes for street parking are available upon request. Guests can enjoy a secured private courtyard with a dining area, guest barbeque as well as an area to just relax. You access the Avalon through a private ground floor yellow door. Come and go as you like and enjoy your vacation without interruptions.

Other things to note
The Penticton Avalon is equipped with a full kitchen, quartz counters and a complete set of cooking essentials, dinnerware and a dishwasher. The fridge is equipped with an icemaker that will be refreshed before every visit. In addition, you will find a washer and dryer on the first floor. There's a Bar-B-Que and eating area in a private courtyard. High speed internet, full cable service including Netflix, Apple+ and Disney+. We provide beach essentials, towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon. The Penticton Avalon is steps away from Okanagan Lake and the downtown. The main bus stops are just outside your door to take you anywhere in town or in the Okanagan Valley.

Hi, I’m Lori I recently retired after 40 years of teaching. My husband and I made the move to Penticton in July of 2019. We began our house renovations and the build of our new carriage house in March of 2020. This project has been a 2 year labour of love as we were involved in every step of the project. While we may be new to Airbnb hosting, we are not new to entertaining out of town guests as I come from a very large family where an open door and hospitality are a cornerstone. My husband and I love to cook and entertain. What drew us to Airbnb was our love of meeting new people. We look forward to hosting you on your next vacation to beautiful Penticton.
