The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy café-style seating inside the kitchen as well as just outside, with plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals for everyone. Or, elevate your retreat by booking a private chef to handle the cooking during your stay.

The full bathroom includes all the essentials, featuring a bathtub for relaxing soaks, while the poolside half bath is styled with rustic decor for added character and convenience.

Enjoy an in-ground swimming pool (heated upon request), a hot tub, multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, a yoga dome for retreats or quiet zen sessions, hammocks, bocce, frisbee, and two fire pits for evenings under the desert sky. There's also a screen projector in the yoga dome.
Guest access
Please make yourself at home with access to the entire property, including driveway parking and the yoga dome.
Other things to note
Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits.
Pets: We love dogs! Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted.
The property is fully fenced, though small dogs may be able to slip under the back fence, so please supervise.
Dog bowls, blankets, and chew toys are provided.
Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only.
Want a cozy swim? We can heat the pool to 85°F with 48 hours’ notice. $250/day with a 2-day minimum (helps cover the energy cost to warm and maintain the temp).
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability.
The property is located across from an elementary school. This is typically not an issue on Friday afternoons or weekends; however, on school days, there may be some daytime noise and increased traffic during drop-off and pick-up hours.
