The space
Don't let the colorful walls throw you off. This home has a stylish atmosphere decked out with beautiful, quality furnishings. Located conveniently on the city's Northwest side, just 9 miles to either theme park; Sea World of San Antonio or Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Grocery stores in the area and quick access to major highway's make getting around town a cinch. Other popular venues nearby include the Northside Natatorium and the National Shooting Complex on Roft Rd.

Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other is a bunk bed room. The bunk bed has a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another queen size futon bed. If you would like, you could bring in an air mattress to place in the Family Room.

Hi! I'm Carlos Munoz, born in the mid 1970's, raised and residing in San Antonio, TX. At the age of 25, I became a born-again Christian and soon after married my wife Stephanie and together we have 6 wonderful children! Out of high school my business experience was mostly retail & restaurant management. This afforded the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of business, direct human resources and revealed my God-given ability to go the extra mile to please guests. In my mid 20's, I returned to college to pursue a degree in software engineering. During this time I worked for a services company as the director of contracting. The combination of these two skills prepared me for accounting and algorithmic formulas for complex problem solving and reporting. In 2011, in an effort to down-size, I had an idea to buy a cheap home and rent out our existing home (at the time) for a monthly rate that could support both mortgages. Our first long-term renter was a nightmare to deal with, hence, I decided to try short-term rentals and SA Vacay was founded. Anticipating a career in the computer industry, I would never have imagined that I was being groomed for vacation rental management. The Lord indeed works all things together for good; who can know His ways! For the last eight (8) years, we have hosted thousands of families in our San Antonio Vacation Rentals and we look forward to hosting you!
