Our cozy studio is located in Walenstadtberg at 850 m directly below the Churfirsten, which makes it an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, etc. Lake Walen, which is a ten-minute drive away at the foot of the mountain, offers cool refreshment.
You can end the day comfortably by the fire pit and enjoy the stunning views of the valley.

There is a regular bus service to Walenstadtberg.

The space
The studio is located in a separate part of our house. A Weber gas grill is available in the covered outdoor area, and the fire pit in the garden, with magnificent views of the valley, can be lit at any time. (In the event of a drought, there may be restrictions due to the risk of forest fires).

The tourist tax of CHF 3.40 per person per day is already included in the room price.

The studio has its own covered outdoor area. The large garden, in which the fire pit is also located, may also be used.

Other things to note
The studio has its own designated parking space (wooden sign on the fence). This is located in front of the house on the private road. Please only use this one, as the others belong to the neighbors.

Gas for the grill, wood for the fire pit and the tourist tax for the entire stay are already included in the price.

Please note: The mountain road is usually always well cleared in the winter months, as a regular bus also runs. However, in the event of long and heavy snowfall, especially in the evening hours, snow chains may become indispensable.
