Windows and doors must be closed and locked if there is no one on site.
The interior layout must not be moved, even if you do not like the arrangement of the furniture, in order to avoid damage to the property.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. and these items must be done =
- Dishes must be washed and put away in the cabinets.
- The beds used must be stripped and the sheets left on each of the beds.
- Used towels should be left in the bathtub.
- Garbage cans, recycling and compost must have been taken outside.
If the rules are not followed, a fee of $75 will be charged.
The residence is your responsibility during the stay and any damage occurring will be claimed from you.
