Located on the banks of the Garbet, in the charming village of Aulus Les Bains, known for its thermal springs, the famous Ars waterfall and the countless walks around.
This place will undoubtedly be a beautiful discovery, or rediscovery for you, allowing you to escape and enjoy many outdoor activities.
The space
We offer a charming small 28 m2 apartment refurbished in 2021 and with a cocooning spirit.
Close to all amenities (restaurant, tobacco, press, convenience store, post office) you will also appreciate the facilities in the village (tennis court, football, children's playground, tree climbing course, free parking just behind the building, electric car charging stations 100m from the apartment).
Nestled in the hollow of the mountains, with the river (Le Garbet) crossing the village, the apartment offers multiple activities for those who wish to fully enjoy the fresh and fresh mountain air: hikes (countless paths with varied difficulties and from the building, including the Cascade d 'Ars), Guzet station 15 minutes by car (skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, paragliding).
After a good physical day, nothing better than going to enjoy a moment of relaxation at the thermal cures located 20 meters from the apartment (specialized in the treatment of cholesterol levels with heated pool, jacuzzi, hammam, massages …)
To finish in style, all you have to do is go back to the apartment to enjoy a good shower, followed by a good meal (full kitchen equipment and raclette machine available) and enjoy the evening to watch a good movie (Netflix available and TV via Molotov) or read a good book.
This small cozy nest can accommodate up to 4 people per stay. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed (140*200) and a very comfortable convertible sofa (Poltronesofa 140*200) in the living room.
Since the apartment is semi-buried, there is no unobstructed view from the windows. So we did everything to give it a cocooning touch, welcoming, warm, with quality bedding and we tried to think of the maximum amenities possible.
Practical aspect: ski room in the entrance hall of the building.
Stewardship aspect: we offer sheets (€15 per bed) and towels (one large and one small for €10 per person). If you prefer to bring your sheets and towels, this is obviously feasible.
Cleaning can be done either by you or by a cleaning company for €50 to be announced at the beginning of the stay.
In the case of arrivals after 7PM, an extra charge of €20 will have to be paid to the person who will welcome you. Check-in between 9PM and 11PM will be charged €50 and they won't be able to be done after 11PM.

Other things to note
For adventurers and for those who want to enjoy the outdoors and nature, you will find just behind the building (garden side) a tree climbing course, a tennis court, a soccer field as well as a playground for children.
The building is at the starting point of countless hikes with varied difficulties, including the 246-meter high waterfall, making it one of the most imposing waterfalls in the Pyrenees.
For snow activities, you will be a 15 minute drive from the resort of Guzet. You can also access the station by taking the butcher's bedding at Col de Latrape (5 min by car) To avoid the wait to take your ski pass, the Utile supermarket in the village offers packages at the same price.
The accommodation is 30 meters from the thermal cures (having a proven effect on the Rumina rates) with heated pool, massages, hammam, jacuzzi, etc.
