Luxury apartment, with electricity back-up, conveniently located in Green Point within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park, and the Sea Point Promenade. Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are just a scenic 10-15 minute drive away. Guests will love this bright and airy refuge on a quiet street in the centre of one of Cape Town's most popular leisure districts.

We like to host up to 4 adults, but can also accommodate 2 children.

The space
This modern apartment features two bedrooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have expansive views of Cape Town.

The open-plan lounge, the kitchen, and the dining area, is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our preference is to host 2 corporate guests, or digital nomads, or up to 4 adults, or families with children, up to a total of 6.

You have exclusive use of the apartment and the spacious balcony, with views of the mountain, ocean, city, and the stadium.
The apartment has a dedicated entrance gate at street level. Sports equipment storage is available in the entrance courtyard.
Free on-street parking is available, opposite the entrance gate, or below the balcony, but not in front of the garage door, thank you.

We do not live in the attached house currently, but you can get in touch with us at any point during your stay. If you need something to be attended to or would just like some local tips, don't hesitate to ask us.

Green Point is a vibrant and charming area, a stone's throw from the Cape Town Stadium and the lovely Green Point Urban park- walking distance to beaches, gyms, restaurants and The V&A Waterfront. We have two MyCiti bus stations within 200m of the apartment.
