Just 1 hour north of NYC, enjoy a wonder-filled vacation at your sweet retreat. So much to do and see in NY's famed Hudson Valley, or just do nothing at all but relax in your own one-of-a-kind, designer oasis.

The Sweet Spot offers tons of entertaining space, indoors and out, modern high-end finishes, five bedrooms, and an open concept chef's kitchen.

There's a heated, salt-water pool and party barn in summer, gorgeous fall leaves, local skiing, hiking, shopping, golfing, and so much more.

The space
The property features:

KITCHEN: Bright and spacious, the kitchen features an open concept, with a large island with bar seating for easy entertaining. Fully stocked with all modern appliances and everything you will need to create the dining experience of your dreams.

DINING ROOM: Open to the kitchen, the dining room has an 8 foot dining table with 12 chairs (10 set up - extra 2 in the den, if needed).

LIVING SPACE: There are two living areas - one formal living room with a wood-burning stove/fireplace, and a family room, perfect for lounging, with large smart TV, an electric fireplace/heater, and sliding doors to the patio.

BEDROOMS: The first floor includes two bedrooms - the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and an additional single bedroom that looks out over the front garden, and has access to a full bathroom (shared). The second floor has three more bedrooms, including one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and an office flex space with two single beds, that is accessed through the queen bedroom. These share a full bath.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Just outside of the primary entrance is a patio with a large dining table and a seating area surrounding a gas fire pit. Down the stone pathway is the large heated in-ground saltwater pool, with converted horse barn/pool house for lounging out of the sun.

Guest access
There is smart-lock technology for easy entry, and guests have full access to the entire house and property, including the screened-in, 3-season barn/pool house.

Sorry - The garage is not available for guest use, but there is plenty of room for parking in the driveway.
