The space

General house
This large family home is fitted with a split system to ensure comfortable heating/cooling throughout the house all year round. It is spacious, containing two separate living areas, a sitting room, 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining, laundry, 2,5 baths, on a +700m2 block. Outside you will find a large carport, outdoor entertainment area plus a HEATED swimming pool and spa (pool available September-April).
Bed 1 - Master bedroom
Luscious queen bed that you will happily sink into after a long day skiing/biking/swimming. Bed is equipped with an electric blanket for the cooler months. Room also contains a permanent cot (not a portacot), so that you can keep your little one close by, knowing they will also get a good sleep. Attached is an eclectic en suite containing a shower, sink and toilet. There’s also plenty of space to store clothes in the generously sized built-in robes.
Bed 2 - Queen room
Separated from the other bedrooms, this room contains a comfortable queen bed, perfect for parents needing their own space. Bed is equipped with an electric blanket for the cooler months, and is close to the bar in the back half in the house.
Bed 3 - Triple bunk
Ideal for kids, this room contains a single bed/double bed bunk, plus a built-in robe for storage. Both beds are equipped with an electric blanket for the cooler months.
Bed 4 - Two bunks
Also ideal for kids, this room contains 2 single bunk beds which all have electric blankets for the cooler months.
Main bathroom
Shower over bath, toilet, large vanity and a baby bath. Cotton buds, face cleaning pads, body wash and black makeup face washers also supplied.
Laundry + Half Bath
Large 8kg washing machine and dryer available, in addition to a clothesline in the backyard for the warmer months. Free washing powder available. Toilet situated next to the laundry for added comfort.

Guest access
Guests will have full, uninterrupted access to the entire property, except for the shed and a few cupboards we use for storage.
