we are located in the latest Apartment block in Malang / Batu Area, Apartment Begawan. Perfect place for adventuring both Malang and Batu Area!
On the 3rd floor of the Apartment, the building has 2 swimming pools (1 Unisex pool and 1 ladies-only pool), an indoor football area, and a small gym equipped with a treadmill and a piece of fitness equipment, and a stationary cycle.
The apartment has several rooftop decks 9th & 15th flr, where you can enjoy the view of the mountains

The Unit is on the 7th floor , facing northwest, you will have the view of Mount Arjuna with some paddy rice fields and a small river from the balcony.
The unit is 32 m² / 104 ft²
We provide 2 full queen-size Smart Beds 160 cm x 200 cm with a sofa in the living room and 2 desks in the other room.
You will have a full kitchen, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a rice cooker, a full set of pots and pans, a kettle, a foldable dining table, and foldable chairs for your dining pleasure.
We also provide a water heater with a rain shower, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, hairdryer, iron and we also have a toilet with a bidet.
You will have access to 5000++ movies and series on Kodi TV. You can also log in to your Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, etc on the android TV, just don't forget to log out before you check out. As this is android TV, you can also just cast your device to the TV for a bigger screen.
The default language for Googl Home is English and Indonesian, if you would like the Googl Home to be set to your native language please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.
