Cebu IT Park has a 24/7 transportation terminal (right across Avida Towers Cebu) for buses and modern jeepneys to places like Mactan Newtown and Tops (Busay)

🍳 Feel free to cook your meals in our kitchenette (but please avoid cooking food with strong odors, such as dried fish and squid). Violators will have to settle a PHP 5000 penalty

🚭 NO SMOKING, NO USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, and NO PETS inside the property. Violators will have to settle a PHP 5000 penalty for each violation

🛌 Strictly a maximum of 4 people only per booking (a pull out bed is available for groups of 4 guests). Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.

You have the whole room to yourselves - a queen-sized bed with a double size pull-out bed, cabinets, a desk for working, a dining table, a kitchenette for preparing meals, and a private bathroom with a shower heater and bidet 😊

Other things to note
We can accept luggage drop-off prior to check-in from 10:30 AM onwards; please send us a message regarding this ahead of time (preferably ahead of your check-in day).

We unfortunately do not provide luggage storage after checkout.

There is an open space pay parking area right across the building at P100 per vehicle per night.

The swimming pool is free to all registered in-house guests and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except on Mondays (designated cleaning day).
