Parking & Access
On-site parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please do not park on the street, as it interferes with neighborhood access and snow operations. A high-clearance AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended during winter months when Colorado's Traction Law is in effect. Guests will need their own means of transportation — there are no rideshare or public transit options to the cabin.

Elevation
The cabin sits at 9,000 feet. Guests arriving from lower elevations may notice the altitude during the first 24 hours. We recommend hydrating well, going easy on alcohol the first night, and pacing physical activity.

Occupancy
Per Park County short-term rental regulations, no more than 6 guests are permitted on the property at any time, including day visitors. This is a strict limit tied to our operating permit.

Garage is off limit. There is plenty of parking space on the driveway. It can easily accomodate 5 cars without Street parking. EV Charger is also located outside.
