Completely furnished home is for rent during our own vacation - per. Dec 30, 2025 - Feb 1, 2026 temporarily longer.

Our 2-under-1 roof house is located in a quiet neighborhood 200 meters from the center of Noordwijkerhout. Noordwijk and the beach are within cycling distance and excellent location in relation to Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem. 200m2+ large, spacious bedrooms, large garden and private driveway.

It is fully furnished and ready to use for a wonderful homey vacation on the coast!

The space
Large 2 under 1 roof house located in a very quiet area but near the center of Noordwijkerhout. Located 15 minutes from the beach, this is also the ideal base for cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem.

The space of the house is distributed as follows:

First floor
Living room: large corner sofa with TV. All streaming services can be used (Netflix, Videoland, NPO, Viaplay F1, Spotify)
2 dining areas. A long table for 6 people and a round 4 person table in the kitchen.
Kitchen with cooking island and 2 bar stools. Equipment such as induction hob, fridge, freezer, combi oven and bean coffee maker.
Utility room with extra fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer and storage.
Garage for extra space and storage. Bicycles can be parked here if necessary.

Private driveway with the possibility of charging an electric car.

All day sun in the back garden area. Equipped with lounge and dining area where the BBQ can be used.

Entrance, toilet and stairs.

1st floor
Bedroom 1:
Very spacious bedroom with double electric bed. Equipped with a closet, TV and bench.

Bedroom 2*:
If desired, it can be provided with 2 separate beds

Large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and 2-person sink.
Separate toilet on the landing.
Room with walk-in closet. We will close off this space.

2nd floor
Bedroom 3*:
Spacious room double bed and spacious storage

Another room in the attic is currently furnished as a home office.

*As of June 2025, bedroom 2 is furnished as a baby room. We can place separate beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 as desired. Also, the office could easily be used as a nursery.

Guest access
All rooms are fully accessible. In a number of cabinets, we store personal belongings and clothes. This will not interfere with your stay.

Tools and stuff are stored in the garden shed and attic.

We ourselves live with great pleasure in this lovely house but enjoy a vacation away from home just as much. During this period, we like to rent our house to families who want a wonderful relaxing but homey vacation on the coast. The house is therefore furnished and equipped with all daily necessities. No need to arrange dishwasher tablets for the first few days, and the coffee can be brewed immediately. 😉
