Please give us the opportunity to host you in our modest home drenched in colors inspired by our island sunsets. Located along Eel Creek which feeds into Little Oyster Bay, this 2BR/2BA condo is on the top floor, providing breathtaking marsh views from the condo, and your private side deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a beverage to close our your evening. Pool & bbq area. Birding paradise. Located on Coach’s Lane at the Assateague Inn- it provides easy pier access for fishing and crabbing.
The space
A private deck area allows for sunset and sunrise views, a rarity. As you enter our condo, you'll note two separate entrances to two units that can also adjoin via an internal connecting door. It's in essence two adjoining rooms. The 1st is an efficiency with a bedroom area, loveseat, TV, full bathroom with bathtub, small kitchen area with a cooktop, microwave, hotel size refrigerator/freezer and cabinets full of cookware.
The 2nd room is similar with a bedroom, a second hotel size refrigerator/ freezer, dining area for 4, TV, and full size bathroom with bathtub.
Perfect for two couples who want to have private areas as well as families with children who just need some extra space. The interconnecting door can be closed and locked.
The units will never be rented separately, you are renting both units.
The marsh view provides a birders paradise.
There are 2 flights of stairs to arrive at the top floor with no elevator.
The location is next to Pico Taco and near The Village, AJs and Better also providing a foodie paradise.
In the middle of everything while at the same time quiet and secluded. We look forward to having the opportunity to host you!
Guest access
This condo is on the top floor with outside private access. The condo is two efficiencies with separate private entrances and an adjoining door which can be left open or locked. We will only rent both condos together. There is a pool and a nice barbecue area with grills and picnic tables as well. Your access will be via a unique numeric code. You’ll also find an old school key on the counter upon arrival:)
Other things to note
The condo has just gone under a significant renovation, stripping it down to the strong bones it has! A linen package can be provided at an additional cost of $100 per stay (not per night). It will include towels for 4, linens, and comforters and pillows for the 2 beds. If you choose to bring your own linens, we will only provide mattress pads and bath mats.
