✅ Water is supplied by an in ground 1200 gallon cistern; Please be water conservative.

✅ Driving/Parking: Please be advised that the house is located on a dirt road and the area can get heavy snow, 4WD is REQUIRED from November-May. The county does plow the roads and we do plow the driveway, however we are not held responsible for any unforeseen weather issues.

✅ This house is easily found on google/apple maps however, you will NOT have cell service until you reach the property and connect to WIFI. Please make sure to check that information before heading up in order to ensure a smooth and easy entrance into the house.
