Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The SeaEscape is located in Beautiful Coley’s Point, less than an hour drive from St. John’s and overlooking Bay Roberts, NL.

Over the last 10 years, there has been extensive renovations and a two level
condo added to the structure. Originally this historic property was known as the Greenland Fishing Rooms. This property offers a wealth of heritage charm and was an economic hub of the community. Boats were build and fish harvested.

The space
SeaEscape Wharf is suitable for a relaxing, and or an adventurous getaway. It consists of two levels with the master suite on the top floor offering a Double Bed and half bathroom. The Master suite has been designed to make you feel as if you are in a ship. Great nautical theme.

Take the cast iron stairs to the main floor which offers a full kitchen with large size Fridge , Stove, Dishwasher and full bathroom with shower.

The outside space consists of a back patio area nestled over the ocean. It is a great place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. There is a fire pit and BBQ on patio.

Take a few steps outside and you will be on the Harbour Boardwalk. It wraps around the harbour and is great for a morning walk or evening stroll.

To the other side of the Unit is a private beach area. A great place to collect sea glass, sea shells and enjoy the ocean.

Guest access
You will have access to the 2 level condo and 2 outside spaces. One is the back patio situated over the water. The back patio is a place you can sit back and relax, BBQ and have a fire in the pot belly fire pit. Also great place to watch sunrise or sunsets.

The beach area to the side is also accessible but caution as slight maneuvering/climbing is required to access. It is located to the side of the wharf. Use with caution and at own risk. Not recommended for swimming.

No access to the stagehead area or wharf.

Other things to note
Please be aware that this is an Ocean area. You may encounter seals, whales and other forms of marine species.

If children are joining you on this stay, it is highly recommended that the child wear a life vest when by beach area and on wharf. 1 life vest provided to fit a
child 25-50lbs.

Please note that the ocean has a high tide and a low tide. If you place lawn furniture on the beach, be cautious as the tide change throughout the day.
