The room can accommodate 4 people with one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the living room. It is a stylish and functional room. There is also wifi, so it is convenient for business trips and sightseeing.
The bath is spacious, the toilet is separate, the kitchen is stylish, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the room, so you can relax.
Just a 2-minute walk from Honjo-Azumabashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, which is convenient for getting to Haneda and Narita, and a 7-minute walk from Skytree Station! Convenient access, walking distance to Asakusa.
There is also a shuttle bus from Skytree Town to Disneyland!
In the summer, you can enjoy various events such as fireworks displays and yakatabune on the nearby Sumida River. You can fully enjoy Japanese culture and traditions that can only be experienced here.

Requests can only be accepted 3 days prior to your arrival date (late check-outs can only be accepted 3 days prior to your departure date). The hotel business requires businesses to verify the identity of guests. It is almost the same as what you are asked when you stay at a hotel.

◉ What we would like you to observe for safety
- Smoking is prohibited in the facility as it may cause a fire. If smoking is confirmed, an additional 2 nights' accommodation fee will be charged separately.
- No fireworks or candles in or around the facility.
- Only guests whose names we have been informed of in advance can stay. If there are any changes or additions to the number of people, please contact us immediately. If you stay without permission, we will charge you separately.
- Please manage your own cash and valuables during your stay. We are not responsible for any loss during your stay.

- The hotel does not have a front desk. There is no daily housekeeping.
- We do not clean the room or change towels.
- The rooftop on the 5th floor is available from 7: 45 am to 8: 45 pm. No drinking (security camera present). Please let me know from the QR code written at the rooftop entrance when you enter. (I'll give you the key number)
- Please do not make loud noises in the facility during your stay or disturb the neighbors.
Please be quiet from 9 pm to 7 am. If it seems to continue despite our warnings, you will be asked to leave.
- Unless it is an emergency, please do not enter restricted areas such as emergency stairs
- If you damage, contaminate, or lose any of the facility's equipment, items, or structures, you will be charged an appropriate fee.
- There is no cleaning during your stay, like a hotel. If you would like cleaning during your stay, such as for longer stays, please contact us in advance. Please note that additional fees may apply.
- Please wash dishes after use and return them to their original places.
- There is no parking space. Please use the nearest coin-operated parking lot.
