The space
This apartment is a perfect combination of functionality and warmth. Newly renovated, with a Nordic-inspired decor that conveys calm, order and well-being, it is designed for those who need a space to work and rest in harmony.
It has three bedrooms:
– A spacious and bright double room, with desk and work area.
– A single room, ideal for resting or using as an extra space.
– A third versatile room: sofa bed for two people and separate work area, perfect for occasional visits or as an office.
All have a ceiling fan and portable air conditioning located in the living-dining room.
The cozy and open dining room invites you to share moments: it can accommodate 4 people, a comfortable sofa, a suspended television and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a practical and discreet laundry room. In addition, it has an office area where you can enjoy a coffee or a quiet breakfast, with a coffee maker, toaster and details that make a difference.
Located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, this temporary home offers unobstructed mountain views, tranquility, and plenty of natural light in every corner. It is in Arxiduc Lluis Salvador, a central area with all the services and excellent public transport connections, which makes it easy to move around the city.
It is an accommodation designed exclusively for professional stays of at least 30 days: remote workers, freelancers, teachers, expats or companies looking for comfort, style and a good location. A contract is signed and we help justify the work reason with a simple document.
It's not a vacation home: it's your home while you work and live in Palma.
You will be greeted in person and have professional care 7 days a week. A stay without unforeseen events and with immediate support, something that is not usually offered by a private accommodation.

Check-in and check-out of the accommodation is done in person and during office hours.

All reservations must be justified with a professional, training or business reason through a document that proves the reason.
