*** Please Note About the Mountain Drive:
The final few miles to the cabin are part of the mountain experience — a scenic gravel road with curves, elevation, and a few bumpy sections. Most guests enjoy the adventure and have no issues with a steady pace and low gear. AWD/4WD is recommended during heavy rain, snow, or nighttime arrival. A detailed turn-by-turn guide is provided before check-in and many guests find it extremely helpful.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire cabin and all decks/porches. You will access the cabin via smart lock on the front door (code is emailed 2 days prior to check-in). This cabin is very private and secluded at the top of the mountain.

Dogs are welcome at "A Rustic Hideout"!Up to two small dogs are allowed, and I am happy to consider larger dogs upon request. A pet fee applies. To help keep the cabin comfortable for all guests, I kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture.

The cabin is thoughtfully stocked to help you settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

The final few miles are a winding gravel mountain road with elevation changes, curves, and a few bumpy sections typical of the area. Most guests navigate it comfortably by taking their time and using low gear when needed. AWD/4WD is recommended during periods of heavy rain, snow, or nighttime arrival.
