The space
Art Villa is a cliffside villa overlooking at unspoiled magnificent beauty and serene balicliff forest. The moment you enter you will be surrounded with arts and beautiful landscaped garden of the villa. Imagine every morning to witness a beautiful sunrise appearing from balicliff hill. It is your opportunity to fully relax in a peaceful environment.

The premises consist of 8 spacious bedrooms, 6 rooms with a king size bed and 2 rooms with 4 single beds. Each have an en-suite bathroom. There is also plenty of space to put away your things in large built in wardrobes. The bedrooms also have individual air-conditioning system if you get tired of the Bali heat.

The open air living room area, where you can relax during the day, overlooks a beautiful tropical garden and swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes drinking water dispenser, fridge, freezer, cooking stove and dishes.

The villa is secured by a gate, behind which there is a safe parking spot for your car or motorbikes.
The building is located at the most southern part of bali, which gives you all the privacy that you need to relax and feel the idyllic atmosphere of Ungasan. It is surrounded by many beautiful beaches.

A beautiful beach, greenbowl beach in bali can be reached within 1 minutes by a car or a scooter or 20 minutes walking distance. Pandawa beach and Melasti beach is around 5 minutes drive.

Other things to note
We have staff that will do daily cleaning service.

Our staff will will come daily to do cleaning from 9am to 5 pm, or if you need them occasionally, you can also do a request in advance. Our staff stay in staff house that located rbelow the villa cliff, so anytime guest need their help or assistance or need transport, guest will easy to contact them directly.

I have a scooter, car and van that rent-able upon request.
If you want breakfast please tell us in advance. We can help prepare them for you. But we will only provide a light breakfast like bread with jam or nasi goreng and mie goreng.

If you wanna have special request for the breakfast there is a chef that will cook for you but with additional extra charge

We provide information or can arrange tour, rent car, pick and drop transport service, motorbike rental, baby equipment, massage/spa in the house. Please feel free to communicate with us through airbnb.

We are also very close to many wedding venue
Padang-padang beach, Balangan beach and Dreamland beach that were 3 beautiful beach that famous among the surfer, still quite, natural with white sand beach and some exotic hill rock along the beach side.

Jimbaran that located about 15 minutes from our place also famous with three clusters of grilled seafood restaurants on the beach are a major tourist draw in the evenings, as is the truly stunning sunset

Our place is only 20 min by car (in normal traffic) that located at south of the airport.

Our location is around a 40 min drive (in normal traffic) from Legian and Seminyak, and 30 mins (in normal traffic) from Sanur, via the new toll road linking Benoa to the airport and Sanur.

Rent car is available on request with additional cost.
We also rent motorbike if guest need to go surrounding our location.
