Forget your worries in our spacious & serene newly built cottage overlooking Souris River. Our expansive deck is a welcome retreat from your busy life; sit and enjoy your morning coffee watching the bald eagles and kingfishers flying overhead or a sunset to reveal an endless night sky. 1 hr. from Charlottetown Airport & 5 mins from the town of Souris. The space
Our cottage on the banks of the Souris River offers two bedrooms; a master with a king bed and the second with two twins. A small work space in the master bedroom will allow you to work remotely in a quite spot to take a conference call.
A fully equipped kitchen and BBQ will allow you to cook up a gourmet meal anytime of the day. But if you want a holiday from cooking, there are several restaurants 5 mins away in the town of Souris.
Pack light as the cottage has a full laundry.
Floor to ceiling windows and a 10 foot patio door on the main level gives the feeling of being immersed in the great outdoors. The expansive deck and fully treed surroundings are a birdwatchers delight with daily fly overs from the resident bald eagle, kingfishers, sea gulls and many other birds.
The walk-out basement maybe be unfinished, but the patio doors lead out to a covered deck, where you can enjoy the outdoors while keeping dry on those rainy days.
One hour from Charlottetown airport, 10 mins from the family friendly Sheep Pond beach and 20 mins from the white sand of Basin Head beach, our cottage is ideally situated for a fantastic time away from your busy life.

- No smoking and no pets.
