You're welcome to explore our 16 acre farm while you're here and meet the many resident animals. Chose from cosy nights in front of the fire, cooking outdoors or relaxing in a hot tub whilst you stay.
We're less than 2 miles from the harbour town of Aberaeron too.
Please get in touch with any questions.
The space
The cottage has been sympathetically renovated to give it a cosier more traditional feel. The thick old stone walls and insulation keep it nice and cool in the summer, whilst the wood burner and central heating ensure you're always cosy and warm in the winter months. Parts of the cottage are over 100 years old, there are no flat walls but plenty of character. If you're looking for a new building without the quirks that come with a restored traditional build, it might not be the place for you. The garden is private and enclosed, has 2 outdoor seating areas, a hot tub and is split into 2 levels - there are wonderful sea views from the bench seating area on the top level.
Guest access
The whole detached cottage and it's fenced off garden is exclusively yours. It's situated on our 16 acre small holding, a little way down the track from our own property. It's not overlooked by any neighbouring properties, there is a small 2 person holiday let near to it, sharing the yard for parking. During your stay you're free to roam our farmland and visit our friendly pet mini goats, sheep and chickens. At the bottom of our land we have around an acre of ancient woodland with a river a waterfalls for you to enjoy.
Other things to note
Having only lived here a couple of years we're still working very hard to build our dream business - a small, eco friendly retreat with its own private venue and a range of affordable and accessible accommodation to enable as many people as possible to make memories in this stunning part of the world. We ensure our working hours are between 9am and 6pm so we don't disturb you during your stay. Please bare in mind that you might see some of our building works mid way through, so take care when exploring. Also we like to keep our farm a little on the wilder side, much of our hedges and grassland is left for nature, we only mow and hedge cut where we have to and let the sheep and nature take care of the rest.
