Our newly renovated house (2025) set in a 2 acre plot invites you to explore the beautiful landscape of the area with its picturesque beaches and close-by Nestos river scenic routes.
The house is located in Piges, a quiet village close to the famous beaches of Keramoti (7-8 min driving).
The house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and is suitable for a couple, group of friends, or families with kids.

The space
The house offers 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds in total (1 double and 2 single beds) and 1 sofa-bed that can accomodate a single adult or potentially 2 children. There are 2 living rooms with another 2 sofas in the first living room; however these are not ideal for sleeping. Nonetheless, if you require it these sofas could accomodate extra guest at an additional price (providing extra linen and towels). There is 1 bathroom with a shower (including a washing machine) and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Guest access
The whole property and all the surrounding premises including the patio, the front garden and the whole back and side yard.
There is also a warehouse-storage building, but this is locked and not available to guests.
