You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property. The Art House is a 7 unit apartment building on the North edge of Downtown Boise in the historic Boise Northend. Built in 1900, it has been beautifully remodeled and updated. All of downtown is walkable from the Art House. It's just a few blocks to the Hyde Park commercial area, Camel's Back Park, St Luke's Hospital, the foothills hiking and biking trails and the Boise Co-Op organic grocery store.

I manage multiple houses and apartments in the Boise Area (Mainly the Northend) and currently manage 3 in the mountains close to Idaho City. I have lived in Boise since moving here from Venice CA in 1999. I've grown to love the friendly people and all the many activities available in the Boise Area.
