This clean, newly furnished, peaceful condo unit is centrally-located in the city, walking distance with connecting bridge to SM North EDSA.
Location is very near to malls, hotels, bars, hospitals, tourist spots and other key attractions.
The space
Our place is a 24 sqm condo unit with 1-bedroom and 1 full bathroom with hot shower. It features a cozy queen-size bed, a mini dining area & kitchen, living area with smart TV for entertainment. Within the property are swimming pools surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with trees and grassy areas for unwinding.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit.
Other things to note
PARKING
Parking space is available within the property on a first-come, first-served basis and is charged at an hourly rate. Alternatively, guests may use the parking facilities at SM North EDSA, which is within walking distance from the property.
BEDDINGS & TOILETRIES
Towels, blankets, and basic toiletries (slippers, shampoo, body wash, and dental kits) are provided based on the declared number of guests. Requests for extra items will incur additional charges.
Wi-Fi
The unit has a dedicated router with 50 Mbps Wi-Fi speed.
KITCHEN USE/COOKING
The kitchen area may be used for basic functions:
Using the kettle for hot water
Heating food with the microwave
Simple food preparation
Cooking is strictly prohibited.
A refrigerator is available for guest use.
Basic dining utensils such as spoon, fork, mugs, plates & glasses are provided.
DRINKING WATER & REFRESHMENTS
Complimentary bottled water is provided for each declared guest. Coffee and tea are also complimentary.
SMOKING & VAPING (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Smoking or vaping inside the unit is a serious offense.
Any traces of cigarettes, vapes, or similar substances will result in a ₱2,500 charge or more, depending on severity. If building alarms are triggered, additional penalties and fees may be imposed by property management.
EXTRA GUESTS
Guests exceeding the declared number will be charged ₱500 per guest per night. Only registered guests with valid IDs listed on the guest forms are allowed to enter the building and unit.
POOL USE
Guests may use the pool amenities with applicable fees: ₱150 for adults and ₱100 for 1 year old & below. On the day of your visit, just bring your guest form and settle the fee at the billing office located at the guest pavilion.

Exterior security cameras monitoring common areas and entry points for guest safety.
