The space
Each room has its own distinctive charm – the 1st bedroom features a cozy double-deck bed along with its own work desk. In the 2nd bedroom, discover a restful queen-size bed. Both rooms are equipped with window-type air conditioners to ensure a pleasant stay.
The living room serves as a relaxing hub for you and your family. Throughout the unit, you'll have access to free unlimited WiFi, keeping you connected during your stay. Our space is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and we've added a 32” Smart Android TV for your entertainment.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 2-bedroom unit. Feel free to make use of amenities, including the refreshing pool and well-equipped gym. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to LRT 2 Santolan Station, making it easy to explore Metro Manila.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS UPON RESERVATION:
We kindly request guests to provide all guest names along with two valid IDs for each guest for registration purposes.
Upon arrival, please have your IDs ready for presentation at the guardhouse for identification.
This simple process ensures a smooth check-in experience, prioritizing both safety and comfort throughout your stay. Your cooperation in adhering to these registration requirements is greatly appreciated.
FOR CAR PARKING:
Our common pay parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The nominal ₱100 ($2) fee covers parking from 9 pm to 7 am, and an additional ₱300 ($6) charge is applicable if the vehicle remains parked after 7 am and has not been moved by 12 noon. The parking will be complimentary from 1 pm to 9 pm provided that the vehicle won’t stay overnight. Simply notify us in advance, and payment can be conveniently settled during check-out.
For motorbikes, common pay parking is available at a fixed rate of ₱300 ($6) per day (24-hour period), located in the basements of Building 3 and Building 4.
For other 4-wheel parking options, you may park your vehicle overnight at SM Marikina, which is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from the condominium.
FOR THE AMENITIES (POOL/ GYM):
To use the pool, kindly proceed to the security guard for logging purposes. The amenities are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays (due to the Holy Eucharistic Mass at the Clubhouse). Amenities are closed every Monday for maintenance. Please ensure to wear proper swimwear when using the pool.

FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Our inviting space is perfect for up to 4 guests staying overnight, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. However, if you wish to accommodate up to 6 people, we offer the flexibility to do so.
For the convenience of additional guests, we provide extra beds and bed sheets. Please note that for the two additional guests, there is an additional charge of ₱500 ($10) per head.
EARLY CHECK-INs & LATE CHECK-OUTs:
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged in advance. A fee of ₱200 ($4) per hour applies, subject to unit availability. Please inform the host in advance.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
Utility bills are already included in the rate, provided that consumption remains within reasonable limits. To ensure fair usage, we have set a maximum allowance for electricity and water bills; any excess amount beyond this limit will be charged accordingly. This policy helps us maintain reasonable rates while ensuring responsible use of utilities.
