Our thoughtfully restored suite features:
• A spacious bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed and premium linens for a restful night’s sleep.
• A modern bathroom with updated fixtures and a luxurious tub and shower.
• A cozy living area with comfortable seating, a queen sized sofa bed. flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• A well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and essential dishware for light meal prep.
• A private entrance and access to a peaceful backyard garden—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Durham is a city with a deep and inspiring history, especially tied to Black entrepreneurship and community development. In the early 20th century, Black Wall Street—located just a short distance from our home—was a thriving hub for Black-owned businesses, financial institutions, and cultural influence. Anchored by Parrish Street, this district was home to businesses like the North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company and Mechanics and Farmers Bank, which played a pivotal role in Black economic empowerment during segregation.
