The space
Nestled amongst tranquil native rainforest adjacent to the spectacular bays of Coolum, A r é s luxury villa boasts chic, contemporary design and dazzling ocean views within a coastal bushland setting.
Commanding a prime oceanfront position, enjoy salty ocean breezes, whale spotting, native birds and butterflies from the sun drenched, Italian inspired entertainers terrace.
Be mesmerised with captivating views from the master bedroom, featuring stunning East Coast sunrises and whale spotting in season.
There are three functional bedrooms in addition to the master, two with queen beds and one with double bunks for the children or extended family.
The Location..
Positioned directly across from Third Bay and the Point Arkwright Trail which forms part of the Sunshine Coast Coastal Pathway giving you direct access to viewing platforms to take in the spectacular scenery and wildlife including turtles, sea eagles, and migrating humpback whales.
Only a short stroll along First and Second Bay is Coolum's main esplanade – a blissful lifestyle combining peaceful serenity with easy oceanside convenience; with beach, shops, and cafes within easy reach and pristine natural landscapes on your doorstep.
Perfectly positioned in a central location, if time allows we recommend day trips to both Noosa and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland towns of Montville and Maleny.
