The space
Arcadia has beautiful and large bright spaces. Refined decor. Warm lighting. The living and dining area are equipped with independent dimmers.
In the living room, you will find a connected light bulb that allows you to change its color as well as play your music. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included.
Both master bedrooms are equipped with firm and quality bedding. One bedroom has an 80 cm connected TV. The other bedroom opens onto the balcony
You will find a work room equipped with a desk and a lamp (wireless mobile charging) with USB socket. (possibility of providing a printer). Also featuring a comfortable bed and equipped with LEDs as well as built-in USB and USB-C socket to charge your phone.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a semi-recessed bathtub.
The kitchen is also spacious. Fully equipped for 6 guests.
You will also have your own laundry room with a washer-dryer machine as well as everything you need for your household during a long stay.
A private balcony of 20 m2 runs along the apartment. It is furnished with garden furniture in summer and has its mini vegetable garden with cherry tomatoes, strawberries and herbs. It has an ashtray. Balcony from which the castle of the Dukes of Bourbon will tell you the time!
We are 8 km from the Néris-les-Bains thermal baths.
You will find a parking card in the key box that gives you access to a monitored parking lot (350 m) equipped with cameras, remember to return the magnetic card (€50 will be charged for any failure to do so).
