Small well-equipped, cozy, clean and nice studio for 2 adults (+2 children). Located in Arcs 1600, close to shops and the funicular for a direct arrival from Bourg Saint Maurice.
Ski-in apartment. Immediate access to chairlifts.

The space
The studio is in the upper part of the La Cascade residence (second to last driveway), so to access the chairlifts and head to the immense Les Arcs area, you'll just have to let yourself slide. At this address, you won't be carrying your skis! (except the 1st day to bring them to the ski locker of course).

The studio is located on the 2nd floor. It's clean, functional. It consists of a main room overlooking the oblique wall typical of the station, with a large mid-height bay window that offers a beautiful panorama of the mountains (and you can see the south face of Mont Blanc). In this room, there is a kitchen area, a double bed (high) and two pull-out beds. The 3 mattresses are new.

There is some storage space to store your belongings.
The bathroom consists of a sink, shower and toilet.
This is a small family studio, comfortable for 2 people, ideal for a couple with 2 children. For 4 adults it's a bit of a crowd, but for a few days it's fine, if you get along well, of course... :-)

Guest access
You have access to the closed ski locker to drop off your skis immediately at the entrance of the residence's driveway, 10 meters from the slopes.
IMPORTANT: I do not provide sheets or towels. I therefore ask you to bring your fitted sheets to protect the new mattresses and your pillowcases for hygiene, as well as your duvets or sheets for the night. There are blankets in the studio.
If forgotten, bed linen can be rented at the concierge (* according to opening hours).

***IMPORTANT: NO SMOKING, CLEANING DEPOSIT and LINENS NOT PROVIDED***.
In order to maintain attractive rates, I do not charge a cleaning fee, relying on the civility and cleanliness of the guests.
However, during the inventory carried out at the end of the stay, or on the report of the following tenants, if cleaning is required, I will withhold the cleaning fee from the deposit (€50 rate for cleaning service).

Sheets and linens are not provided. However, it is possible to rent linen from the Les Arcs concierge.
