🔑CHECK-IN DETAILS:
✨Present your ID at the Lobby Guard for identity verification and tell that you're our guests in UNIT-27M
✨ Ride at the middle Elevator and press 27.
✨Get the keys inside the lockbox.
(Guidelines will be sent an hour before your check-in)
✨ Check-in is Flexible from 2:00 PM
✨Check-out is Strictly 12:00 NN
NOTE: Early check-in is subject for approval. It's only applicable when the guests leaves the unit early and the unit has been disinfected by our assistant.
REMINDER:
✨ for Guests Registration, kindly send us at least 1 Valid ID of each guests for Admin Purposes. All aforementioned above must be sent to us before your check-in.
✨Visitors are allowed until 11:30 PM only.
(Kindly send us 1 Valid ID of each visitor for Admin Purposes)
CHECK-OUT DETAILS:
✨ Kindly turn off all appliances before leaving, including the air conditioner, lights, and TV.
✨ Please place the keys inside the lockbox at the door and scramble the lockbox code afterward. Kindly take a photo of the locked lockbox as proof that you have returned the keys.
REGARDING INTERNET CONNECTION:
🛜We provide a 500 Mbps Wi-Fi internet connection for your convenience. It is suitable for browsing the web, using social media, checking emails, attending video calls, and streaming movies or shows.
FOR COOKING:
✨Our studio unit includes a functional kitchenette equipped with range-hood for your convenience. Guests are welcome to cook light meals during their stay.
✨To keep the space fresh and comfortable:
• Please turn on the range-hood while cooking.
• Avoid cooking strong-smelling or heavy smoke dishes (e.g., deep frying, dried fish, etc.).
• Clean the cooking area and wash used utensils after use.
• Dispose of food waste properly.
AMENITIES
✨ Please note: Amenities are NOT available on Sundays and Holidays.
All amenities are located on the 4th Floor. The building administration requires the following fees:

• Children 3 years old and below are FREE
• Closed every Monday for pool maintenance
🏓🎱 Game Room – ₱200 per person/day
• ₱500 refundable security deposit is required before use

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• ₱60.00 for the first 3 hours
• ₱10.00 for each succeeding hour
🛵 Motorcycles
• ₱50.00 for the first 3 hours
• ₱10.00 for each succeeding hour
Additional Charges:
• ₱300.00 penalty for every 24 hours, plus the regular parking fee
• ₱200.00 for a lost or damaged parking card, plus the regular parking fee
