🔑CHECK-IN DETAILS:
✨Present your ID at the Lobby Guard for identity verification and tell that you're our guests in UNIT-27M
✨ Ride at the middle Elevator and press 27.
✨Get the keys inside the lockbox.

✨ Check-in is Flexible from 2:00 PM
✨Check-out is Strictly 12:00 NN
NOTE: Early check-in is subject for approval. It's only applicable when the guests leaves the unit early and the unit has been disinfected by our assistant.
REMINDER:
✨ for Guests Registration, kindly send us at least 1 Valid ID of each guests for Admin Purposes. All aforementioned above must be sent to us before your check-in.
✨Visitors are allowed until 11:30 PM only.

CHECK-OUT DETAILS:
✨ Kindly TURN-OFF all the appliances (AC, LIGHTS & TV).
✨ for the Keys, kindly return inside the lockbox take a photo for proof, reshuffle the codes and close the shutter.
REGARDING INTERNET CONNECTION:
✨ We provide Wi-Fi access for your convenience, suitable for browsing, social media, emails, and light streaming.
✨ Kindly note that our internet connection is currently powered by DITO (plug-and-play setup) while our building is still in the process of installing fiber internet. Installation is expected to be completed between May and June, so connection speed and stability may vary.
FOR COOKING:
✨Our studio unit includes a functional kitchenette equipped with range-hood for your convenience. Guests are welcome to cook light meals during their stay.
✨To keep the space fresh and comfortable:
• Please turn on the range-hood while cooking.
• Avoid cooking strong-smelling or heavy smoke dishes (e.g., deep frying, dried fish, etc.).
• Clean the cooking area and wash used utensils after use.
• Dispose of food waste properly.

PARKING FOR GUESTS:

✨Standard Parking Rates (Commercial Customers, Owner/Residents Guests)
🚘Cars - ₱60.00 for the first three(3) hours
🛵Motorcycle - ₱50.00 for the first three(3) hours
• ₱10.00 per succeeding hours
• ₱300.00 penalty for every 24 hours plus regular parking fee
• ₱200 for Lost/Damaged Card plus regular parking fee

• Amenities: While we provide essentials, this is not a luxury hotel—please check the listing photos and description carefully.
• Check-in & check-out: Automated check-in is available; please follow instructions carefully. Late check-in/out may not be accommodated.
• Cleanliness & maintenance: We strive for a clean and comfortable space. Minor wear and tear may be present, typical for lived-in units.
