AR Residence can customize its layout and sleeping arrangements for larger families or cater to couples/individuals looking for long term rentals. Upon request furniture rearrangements can be done to make space or provide additional floor space to accommodate more guests.

The space
AR Residence is ideal for families or individuals looking for long term economic rentals in Dhaka. Most listings are offering dramatic descriptions amazing view, amazing space, amazing place to justify their not so amazing price.

AR Residence is equipped with all basic amenities + safety & security, simply put best value for money.
No charges for children, 2-3 layer discounts can be combined to get max discount i.e. weekly or monthly with advance booking. If you have large family or travelling with elderly's additional beds and space is available on a different floor.

AR Residence is located in a pure residential area, no shops or commercial joints within a gated community, making the neighborhood secure, safe & noise free. All road works r complete and is rickshaw friendly paved roads.

By default AR Residence is setup for a 4 person arrangement i.e. master bedroom with king size bed for parents & the second bedroom with 2 single beds for adult children. Upon request if it is 2 couples then both rooms can have king size beds. If it is a couple with no kids the second bed room can be converted into a living room setup.

AR Residence has 3 full time staff attendants available as helping hand. A caretaker will be available for running errands such as getting medications/house cleaning. A cooking maid can come on request for daily or weekly meal preparations.

Entire place will be accessible & available at all times.
The gym is a shared space and can be used for a fee.
The entertainment section is located on the roof top and is also a shared space and available to monthly guests only.
The children's play area is in the garage my 2 toddlers and some of the building kids usually play in that space and they are always happy to include new toddler friends.

Other things to note
Utility bills (electricity + gas) is pay per use based on fair usage policy.
