Guest access
Full access to the apartment, 3 pools, beach club with restaurant and bar, sun loungers, beach towels, free wi-fi, and free parking.
Esmeralda Beach Club and Restaurant is open every day from 8 AM to 7 PM. Kitchen closes at 6 PM. It has restrooms and showers. As guest you get 5% discount at the restaurant (cash only).
For your convenience, if you arrive earlier than the regular check-in time at 3 pm, you can stay in the Beach Club. We'll let you know when the apartment is clean and ready.
Non-Airbnb external guests must pay a day pass to use the Beach Club facilities, consumable at the restaurant for US$40 (adults) and $20 (children under 11 years old).
Access to Dominicus public beach (25-minute walk along the shore through 5 resorts).
Esmeralda Beach Club has an exchange program with La Estancia Golf Club's restaurant "Terraza 19 Bar & Grill" (a 20-minute drive) where you will get a 5% discount (cash only). Please, make reservations through Esmeralda Beach Club's manager.
Other things to note
The condominium is under development until December 2026, which may result in some daytime noise and the presence of workers. Rest assured that the property remains safe and secure, and workers are courteous and respectful.
On the bright side, you'll have exclusive access to the only private Beach Club in the entire Dominicus-Bayahibe area, making your stay unique and special.
Our beach has some reefs close to the shore, however, there are clear sandy pathways without reefs that allow easy access to the sea. Beyond the reefs, you'll find a sandy seabed, perfect for swimming and relaxing. 😎
Pets are not allowed in the condominium.
