Villa Kiri is situated in the Chaweng Noi Hills but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach. The villa is the most unique 3 bedroom villa in the complex. Situated on the corner plot, it has 180° uninterrupted views over Koh Phangan, Chaweng Lake, the jungle as well as the gulf.
Coupled with an exciting private games room with pool table, table football, darts board and gym equipment. All of which have the same stunning views while you work out or play.
Large glass windows and mirrors ensure that wherever you are in the villa you can enjoy the mesmerising views.
The large modern open plan living room and dining room overlook the swimming pool and the stunning views over the ocean. The pool has been extended to provide a seating area within the pool to relax with a cocktail or to simply take in the incredible views. Enjoy a floating breakfast in the pool making perfect stories.
We have a pool table, table football, darts board and other games in the games floor for your entertainment which is for your own private use. We also have a small amount of fitness machines which are for your own use.
We offer an app controlled multi-zone sound system (HEOS) with both indoor and outdoor wallmount speakers enabling you to enjoy music by the pool or to watch Netflix in the living room at the same time.
The large master bedroom has a separate indoor living area with 55" smart TV as well as it's own private terrace with sunloungers where you can relax, enjoy a drink and take in the tranquility of the area.
The master bedroom also has it's own bathtub perfect for those romantic evenings. Enjoy the beautiful colours of the sunset whilst relaxing in the tub.
It comes with electric curtains, so you can start your day with the stunning views without even having to leave the bed.
The second bedroom comes with it's own outdoor private terrace complete with seating area.
The third bedroom is located upstairs and shares a bathroom with the main living area. Can be utilised as an office.
Smart TV's and adjustable wall mounts are available in both downstairs bedrooms.
The villa is equipped with a private dedicated fiber internet and features Unifi duel band access points for villa wide Wi-Fi coverage.
The villa has access to a shared gym within the residence, the following fitness machines are available Smith machine, Lat pull down, Free motion cables, Chest press, Pec deck, Low cable pull, Running machines, Cross trainer, Dumbbells & Chin up bar.
A car or scooter is strongly recommended when booking the villa as there is nothing within walking distance.
* **A 1,000 baht per night resort fee is charged on your total cost for electricity consumption. This is sufficient to cover standard electricity useage for running of AC overnight in the bedrooms. A meter reading will be taken at check in and check out. Consumption is charged at a rate of 8.5thb/kwh. Therefore, please be mindful of your usage of AC, and try to use the fans over AC wherever possible, especially in the living room which is very expensive to run. If there is excessive consumption from wasteful usage, you will need to pay an additional amount at the end of the stay.
**Bookings of more than 14 nights will be offered a free return airport transfer. We require flight details to be provided at least 3 days in advance in order to take advantage of this offer. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive the flight details in time we cannot offer this service 🙏
***Cleaning is provided for check in and at check out. If you would like any cleaning service during your stay, please let us know upon booking and we can arrange for you at an additional cost of 1,500 per time. Laundry is charged at 80baht per kg and a washing machine is provided for you to wash towels and sheets if you like.
**** Pool cleaning is provided once per week. He will access with the door code if no one is home unless you advise otherwise in advance.
*****Pest control is done once per month. If it falls during your stay you will be notified in advance.
******Airport transfers, scooter & car rentals, island tours and itineraries can be recommended in advance where required.
*******Any non Thai nationals must provide a copy of passport before check in to comply with the immigration TM30 rules. A copy of Thai ID must be provided for a Thai nationals. Only registered guests are able to stay overnight in the villa. A charge of 500 baht per person per night will apply for any guests that stay overnight if they are not registered with their passport details in advance
*******An early check in or late check out may be possible if advised at least 3 days in advance. An additional fee may be payable to be agreed & paid before confirmation. We cannot provide either option if this advance notice is not provided. An unauthorised late check out fee of 10,000 baht will apply if you stay past standard check out time of 10:30am without prior approval as it disrupts the cleaning schedule and our next booking.
*******Koh Samui is a tropical island and from time to time can experience electricity outages, particularly when there is bad weather and heavy rain. They are usually not for long periods of time and will be restored as soon as possible. Please be advised where there are issues like this out of our control we are unable to provide compensation for any inconvenience. If the outage is prolonged, we may, at our discretion, offer to check out early and move to alternative accommodation.

Other things to note
When using the pool table, please do not put drinks on the side of the table or on the cloth. Please use the tables provided. Any drinks spilled on the table or damage to the table will be charged at 8,000 to cover the cost of the cloth replacement. There is no sound system in the entertainment area so if you would like to use music whilst using this area please bring your own speaker and music.
