⚠️ Society imposes a ₹2,000 penalty for pool rule violations, which will be chargeable to the responsible guest.
🚬 Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ A ₹1,000 penalty will apply if smoke odor, cigarette traces, burns, or any smoke-related damage is found indoors.
🎵 Feel free to enjoy music, but please keep the volume moderate and respectful of neighbors, especially during quiet hours between 10 PM to 7 AM
🧹 Complimentary basic housekeeping is provided once every 2 days for longer stays.
In between cleaning can be arranged for ₹100 per service.

The kitchen is fully available for your use. If utensils are left unclean after cooking, a cleaning fee of ₹100 may apply.

🚭 Smoking:
Is not allowed indoors, smoking is allowed in the balconies. Please kindly use the ash trays
Pool: The Pool timing is 8 am to 7 pm. The drinking, smoking and eating not allowed near or inside the pool.
🕒 Arrival and Departure guidelines.
Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times. ⏰ An early check-in before 2 PM or a delayed check-out after 11 AM will result in a additional fee corresponding to the cost of one night stay. 💸
🌈 Goan Vibe:
🔼 Intermittent internet and power outages ⚡are common Goan charm. these occurrences are beyond our control.
🔼 Mobile Networks are sometimes patchy in Goa, this too is beyond our control but we do have strong WiFI to stay connected
🔼 Little bugs 🐜 are also common. To keep them at bay, we recommend keeping the windows closed when lights are ON! 🚫🪟💡
