Modern apartment with panoramic views. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is located on the island of Čiovo, near Trogir, just 10 km from Split Airport.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and an open-plan living room/kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining area. There is also a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and fantastic views. In addition, there is a lovely pool and sun loungers.
The space
The apartment is 105 m² over two floors, plus a 45 m² rooftop terrace. It features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room includes two sofas, a dining area, and a TV. It opens onto a spacious terrace with seating for 8, a barbecue, and a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is well equipped for a large family, with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machines, and more.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms plus an additional toilet.
The rooftop terrace is furnished with a large corner sofa and a chair. It offers a stunning panoramic view of the island—an ideal place to enjoy sunsets as well as the spring and autumn sun.

The beach is only 150 meters away. You’ll find great swimming opportunities from the coarse sandy beach or from the docks along the shoreline. It’s usually easy to find a quiet spot if you prefer that. If you want more activity, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Čiovo’s most popular 2 km long beach with restaurants, bars, boat rentals, water activities, and much more.
The island of Čiovo also offers small idyllic coves, as well as sports and recreational opportunities such as tennis, cycling, jogging, hiking trails, seaside promenades, surfing, and diving.
There are several restaurants nearby. In high season, you’ll find two in the bay just below the apartment. There are more restaurants in the harbor, in the village, and of course in Trogir. If you want to go to the historic town of Trogir, a boat runs every half hour from the harbor during the summer season.
Please note that there is a steep hill from the beach up to the apartment. There are also many stairs in and around the apartment, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

I own this gorgeous apartment together with my cohabitant Ingeborg. We are from Norway, and live and work in Oslo.
We love to ski and have a mountain cabin in Norway. We also love to travel, and in recent years we have become particularly fond of Croatia. In 2015 we decided to buy an apartment here and it was finished in 2016. We use the apartment a lot ourselves but would also like to share this great place with others.
Good service is important to us. We respond quickly and do what we can give our guests an comfortable, safe and memorable holiday.
Our good helper, Bozena, lives nearby, is very friendly and can help with all sorts of practical things and questions.
