Other things to note
Multiproperty hotel, timeshare, shared ownership
All apartments have the same standard and layout. As this is a timeshare property, the apartment number may change from one week to another. For example: if the reservation is from Friday to Monday, guests will need to change apartments on Sunday. Guests must bring their luggage to the reception in the morning on the scheduled day and leave it in the back area (a room monitored by cameras) until the second apartment is ready.

Guests may purchase breakfast directly at the restaurant for R$ 54.90 per person, per day. Children aged 7 to 11 pay half price. The buffet is all-you-can-eat.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
If any irregularity or damage is identified in the apartment, it is essential to immediately inform both the reception and the host.
A kitchen kit must be requested at the reception. The kit includes: plates, cutlery, glasses, and 1 pot for a 2-burner electric stove, as well as dish soap and a sponge.
One pet up to 10 kg is allowed per apartment. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment; whenever the owner leaves, the pet must go along.
On weekends or promotional rates, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, and on holidays, a minimum of 3 nights.

After the reservation is confirmed, we request the full name and date of birth of all guests. This information must be sent as soon as possible, as it will be entered into the hotel’s check-in system for verification upon arrival.
