This beautiful space for two is perfect for a comfortable getaway. Exquisitely decorated and perfectly located, it allows you to easily explore the best tourist attractions in San Juan. Just steps away from the best beach in Ocean Park and within walking distance to everything you need. A fully equipped apartment will help you feel comfortable during your stay in Puerto Rico.

The space
Our apartment is a gorgeous and spacious apartment located right in the heart of Ocean Park. It is within walking distance of over 25 restaurants, bars, and local shops. This apartment features modern furniture and tropical vibes.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa a 40" TV, and an independent AC unit.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a very nice view.

The bathroom features a gorgeous tiled look, lighted mirrors, designer sinks and toilets, a wooden bench in the shower, and a rainfall showerhead with a handheld showerhead.

The kitchen is colorful and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven stove, filtered water, and all the utilities you need to cook delicious meals.

We offer Beach Chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for rent during your stay, please ask us to accommodate before arrival or during your stay!

Guest access
My guest will have 100% access to all the amenities of the apartment. The condominium is equipped with emergency water tanks and a power generator that runs the entire property at full capacity.

Other things to note
There is more than ample street parking available. If you would like Indoor Personal Parking throughout your stay, please contact me to arrange the beeper drop-off. If not notified at least 24 hours in advance, dame day drop off is nit guaranteed

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Ocean Park is known as a very laid back and relaxed residential neighborhood. It is between Condado and Isla Verde, two upscale turistic areas, but it's kept its local "vibe" with many local restaurants and family owned businesses. You'll have McLeary Avenue on one side of the house & Loiza Street on the other side. The Beach is right down the street from the apartment, with a jogging park and basketball court a couple of blocks away. .
