Enjoy the relief of air con & furniture in lounge area., walking the Provinçal gardens & the marina in my gated domain. The master bedroom overlooks the tendered courtyard, private pool & has a small river view. The twin & lounge look towards Grimaud Chateau, it’s beautiful scenery for sunset with a bottle of complimentary Rosé. The closest beach just a 15min walk. You can cycle or drive the 5kms to Saint Tropez or take Les Bateaux Verts. . Lots amenities, activities & sports are close by
The space
Reversable aircon in the lounge area plus new furniture that’s more sleek, Scandinavian style. My fully furnished apartment has fibre internet and TV with Netflix streaming available. It is 45m2, equipped with induction hobs, électrique plancha, toaster, kettle, nespresso, magic bullet blender, electric mixer, microwave and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed with a chest of drawers and 2 singles with fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink unit with storage & a hairdryer. I provide toiletries and a beauty pack with cotton balls, sewing kit etc. There is a bathtub/shower & a separate toilet. If you need anything at all just let me know, I live just 5 minutes away so can lend you whatever you need.
There's seating at the dining table and also on the terrace. Cleaning products, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, BLEACH and hoover are available for you.

Please note the weekly cleaning fee of 90€, the pet fee of 50€, if applicable, is to be paid to me directly upon arrival.

Neighborhood highlights
This gated, quiet residential residence is cleaned weekly and the gardens tendered. You have a laundrette, a gym and a few restaurants on the marina with more within easy walking distance making for lovely evenings out without having to drive ( enjoy the local rosé ). There's a boat service several times a day to Saint Tropez ( Tuesdays and Saturdays market day solutions ). Across the street you can rent a bike and grab a croissant, baguette or a rotisserie organic chicken. In my welcome document I send once you're reserved there is all the local information you'll need
