Nestled on the 3rd and top floor of a new elevator-accessible residence with a secure entrance, it offers an exceptional setting with a large rooftop terrace overlooking the lake, the Chablais mountains, and neighboring Switzerland.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, including 2 children. It has three bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second with a double bed, and a third designed exclusively for children with a bunk bed. You'll also find a workspace with a desk and fiber optic internet connection, ideal for working remotely in the best conditions.
