Welcome to the Phare du Léman, a bright and modern 80 m² apartment located in Amphion-les-Bains, on the shores of Lake Geneva. Nestled on the 3rd and top floor of a new elevator-accessible residence with a secure entrance, it offers an exceptional setting with a large rooftop terrace overlooking the lake, the Chablais mountains, and neighboring Switzerland.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, including 2 children. It has three bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second with a double bed, and a third designed exclusively for children with a bunk bed. You'll also find a workspace with a desk and fiber optic internet connection, ideal for working remotely in the best conditions.
The large living room, bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows, opens onto the terrace and offers a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The modern, fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals just like at home. The vast rooftop terrace features a large table for outdoor dining and a lounge area perfect for sunset aperitifs.
The decor is contemporary and refined, designed to combine comfort and conviviality. With two bathrooms, including a private one in the master suite, you'll enjoy a functional and pleasant space.
Plenty of free parking is available in and around the residence. The apartment is ideally located close to beaches, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery. Every Saturday morning, a food market is held across the street, allowing you to discover local products.
