4-room apartment, 98 m2, newly renovated, furnished and equipped, occupying 3 levels (attention: 2 stairs) of a charming shipowner's house on the port, with views of the port and the sea.
Ideally located in the center of Le Croisic (label "Small city of character") and on the port, 5 minutes walk from the TGV station and all the points of interest.
