Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation 100 meters from the sea located on the first floor, with independent entrance and parking space for your veichle.
The apartment has been recently renovated and you find five comfortable beds, and the opportunity of accessing the enchanting beaches of Roca or its fascinating cliffs to fish, swim or simply to relax and admire the landscape. The accommodation borders on a large green area partially pine forest that offers a cool microclimate.

The space
The accommodation is on the first floor of a small building on the ground floor of which my daughter lives with her family. It consists of two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and an additional bed) and one with two single beds, hallway and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen, modular and brand new (like the fridge), is large and with a large door / window that allows excellent ventilation/lighning. Windows and entering door have just been replaced and allow excellent thermal insulation. A/C is present.

Guest access
Guests have access to a large veranda and a part of the garden on the ground floor belongs to them and allows you to store, for example, the objects that are usually used on the beach without having to carry them up to the first floor.

Other things to note
Access to the apartment is via a staircase with 18 steps.
The three single beds are flexibly arranged and can all be accommodated in one room or two in one room and an additional single bed in the master bedroom, as guests prefer.
